List Management
- Using the List Management functions different marketing campaigns can be created for
existing customers or lists purchased from 3rd party sources can be imported into a
database.
- Each campaign can be made up from multiple lists and each list given a different Key-Code
to better gauge the success of a campaign.
- Current customer lists can be created based on when a customer first ordered, amount
ordered in a set period of time, the number of orders placed, or how they became a customer
(phone, web, etc.) Search filters are customizable to better fit your business model.
- Each campaign list can be exported to different sources for marketing distribution.
- When a campaign is exported your existing customer's accounts can be updated to reflect
the campaigns they have received. Not only does this help track success but also eliminates
duplicate media being sent to the same customer.
- You can also track when a customer from a 3rd party list places an order. This will help
with decisions on purchasing lists from these sources in the future.
- Reports showing order stats placed for each campaign and key-code are easily accessible
and straightforward. The report shows date mailed, qty mailed, number of orders placed,
amount of orders, and average order amount. Other needed information can be added with
customization.
